Shami Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Bonless beef
  • 300 grams bengel gram (chana dal)/ washed and soaked in water for an hour
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoons cumin seeds
  • Ginger 1 Inch & garlic 5-6
  • 10-12 whole dried button red chilies
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Half teaspoon cloves
  • Two teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 4 black cardamoms
  • 3 inch cinnamon stick
  • 3 tablespoon thick plain yogurt
  • 4-5 green
  • Half bunch of coriander leaves /cilantro
  • Rice Flour 2 Tbs
  • Bay Leaf 2-3
  • Mace and Nutmeg 1/2 Tsp
  • Oil for frying
