Pizza sauce recipe


  • onion=1 large size
  • tomatoes=4 to 5 large size
  • salt=as per your taste
  • oregano=1/2 teaspoon
  • basil=1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar=1/2 teaspoon
  • paprika=1 tea spoon
  • red chilli flakes=1 teaspoon(or you can add 1 table spoon if u like spicy)
  • garlic cloves=5 to 6
  • tomato ketchup/puree=2 table spoons
  • olive oil=2 to 3 tablespoons
  • butter=1 tablespoon(optional)


heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions,saute for a minute and then add chopped garlic,then add tomato paste to it and fry it till the water of tomatoes dries and then add the dried spices to it,saute for a minute and then add tomato ketchup or puree and cook for 2 minutes.Then add butter to it(it is optional) and if you want to add butter then keep the quantity of oil to 2 turn off the heat and let it cool down completely.Blend it in a food processor until it becomes a smooth thick paste.Now it is ready for any pizza toppings or lasagnia or any other pasta recipes OR you can keep it in the fridge for latter use.
