Mutton 1 Kg
Tomatoes ½ Kg
Green Chillies 4-5
Salt to taste
Lamb fat 100 Gram or Ghee ½ Cup
Ginger Chopped ½ Inch

In a wok fry the Mutton fat Untill it releases its oil and add the mutton and Salt, fry for 5 Minutes cover and cook for 20 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into halfs and add to the mutton. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the peals from the tomatoes and add green chillies plus ginger to the Mutton.
Cover and Cook for 10 minutes or Until meats get tender.
