  • Beef trotters( paye) 2 whole cut and washed
  • Beef big pieces 1 kg
  • For making soup
  • Masala bag(potli)
  • Whole red chukkies 8-10
  • Whole Graram masala 1 tbs(cumin,fennel,big cardamom,smal cardamom,cinnamon,black pepper,cloves,bay leaves,staranise)
  • Garlic cloves 8-10
  • whole onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • For Curry Masla
  • Ghee 1l2 cup
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 3 Tbs
  • Whole green cardamom 4-5
  • Bay leaf 2-3
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbs
  • Turmric powder 1 tbs
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Cumin powder 1 tbs
  • Curry powder 2 tbs
  • Brown onions 2 medium sized browned and crushed
  • Fenugreek lleaves dried 1 tsp
  • Freshly ground garam masla 2 tsp
  • Youghurt 1 cup beaten
  • For Bhagaar/Tari
  • Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tbs dissoled in 3 tbs of water
  • Oil or ghee 1 cup
