Palak Kofta Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • For Spinach
  • spinach – 5-6 Bunch blanched and pureed
  • Fenugreek Leaves Fresh 2-3 Bunch
  • onion-1 Large
  • green chillies 2-3
  • Chicken Kofta 7-8
  • tomato- 2-3 medium
  • Onion 1 Large
  • ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • fresh cream- 2 tbsp
  • red Chilli Powder 2 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
  • Crushed Coriander 2 Tsp
  • Cummin Powder 1 Tsp
  • Curry Powder 2 Tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Tarka:

  • OIL 3 Tbs
  • Butter 2 Tbs
  • Red Chilli 2 Large
  • Garlic Chopped 1 Tsp
  • garam masala Powder 1 Tsp
  • cardamom Powder 1 Pinch
  • Dry Funegreek 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Thinly sliced 1 Tbs
