  • Mutton with bones – 1 Kg
  • Yogurt – 1 Cup
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 2 Tbs
  • Cumin powder – 1-1/2 teaspoon
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – as required

Direction

For garam Masala

  1. – 1 Tbs Whole Cumin
  2. – 10 Green Cardamoms
  3. – 5 Black Cardamoms
  4. – 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  5. – 2 Star Anise
  6. – Black Pepper 1 Tsp
  7. – 6-7 Cloves
  8. – 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  9. – 3 Bay Leaf
