  • 5 tbsp gram flour / besan
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 – 4 green chillies finely chopped
  • salt to taste
