  • All purpose flour(maida)- 2 Cups
  • Curd/yogurt(at room temperature)- 1/4 Cup
  • Semolina/rava/sooji- 1/4 Cup
  • Baking powder-1 tsp
  • Baking soda -1/4 tsp
  • Salt-1tsp
  • Sugar(powdered/normal)-1 tsp
  • Cooking oil for frying
